Carrier Intake — Cornerstone Dispatch

Apply to Run With Cornerstone

This comes straight to me — Larry. I read every one personally and I'll call you back, usually same day. Fields marked * are required.

What you need to run here: your own MC authority, a 53' dry van — yours, or ask me about an affordable trailer lease — and insurance in place.

Your name *

Phone *

MC number *

DOT number

Truck — year, make, model

Home base * — city, state

Preferred lanes

Needed rate per mile * — before fuel surcharge. Your break-even floor: truck payment + insurance + maintenance + what you need to operate successfully, divided by monthly miles. I never book under this number.

Max deadhead — miles you'll run empty to a pickup

Home-time rule * — e.g. home every weekend, home every 10 days. This is sacred; I plan your tours around it. Preferred tour length

Factoring company — if you factor your invoices

Anything I should know — equipment notes, lane dislikes, goals for the year

Prefer to talk first? Call or text (636) 633-0648 — you'll get me, not a machine.
