How It Works

From first call to first load — no surprises at any step.

Getting Started

  1. Reach out. Call, text, or fill out the carrier intake form. Five minutes.
  2. We talk numbers. Your truck, your home base, your lanes, and the rate per mile you need to operate successfully — your floor, which I never book under.
  3. Sign the agreement. Plain language: 6% of linehaul only, first load free, weekly billing in arrears, cancel with 7 days' notice. You also sign a limited power of attorney so I can execute rate confirmations in your name — nothing else.
  4. First load free. I plan and book your first tour at no charge. If the money's right, we keep rolling.

A Normal Week

  1. Sunday: the tour plan. I build your tour backwards from your home date — 7–10 days standard, or 2–3 weeks if you want to stay out and stack miles. Headhaul out, backhaul home, every mile accounted for. You approve every load before anything is booked.
  2. All week: I run the desk. Booking, rate cons, check calls, detention paperwork, and I'm one phone call away when something goes sideways.
  3. Monday: the itemized statement. Every load from the week before — date, lane, linehaul, my fee — laid out line by line before you're charged.
  4. Wednesday: auto-charge. Your card on file is charged 48 hours after the statement. That gap is your dispute window — if a number's wrong, we fix it before money moves.
